Featuring artisan food shops, restaurants and lounges, event spaces, private residences, and public green-spaces, the 414 project promises to make California Avenue the premier destination for design, commerce, and urban living.

We're transforming the current building’s outdoor space into a new venue for events that bring people together, foster creativity, and create memorable experiences.
